1. Design your rug

Select your carpet, size and color. Once you're happy with your selections, add your rug to the cart

2. Pay for Your Order

Because colors are not always consistent from screen to screen, we will ship you a sample of the rug within two days of your purchase for approval.

We will not start fabrication of your custom rug until your approval is approved.

3. Receive and approve your sample

Once you receive your sample, please send an email stating your approval to rugs@homecarpetone.com

4. Receive your brand new, custom rug

ETA is 3-4 weeks from the date of approval. We will notify you of any delays.

There are no returns or cancellations allowed after the sample has been approved
